Founded 2004
Keller Williams Realty of Brevard started in 2004, with only 8 agents, in a small office (1000 sq ft), on Pineda Court in Melbourne, FL. The founders Steve Murray and Rob Martin were pioneers in Brevard County, developing the good name of Keller Williams Realty throughout the entire county. The Office remains the only Keller Williams Office in Brevard County FL, with over 75 agents and currently the 4th largest producing office in the county, with almost $35Mil in sales (June 2008). Our agents live throughout the county, and spread as far North as Mims, and as far south as Malabar.
Steve Murray, currently the sole owner of Keller Williams Realty of Brevard also acquired SBROF, Inc; which is the Keller Williams Referral Company. Within that company are another 25 agents who hold current licenses; but are not active with the board.
The Designated Broker, Laura Hazlett is an active member in the community, including holding position as the Secretary of Women’s Council of Realtors®, a member of Melbourne Association of Realtors®. Indian River County Board of Realtors®, and Space Coast Association of Realtors®
Keller Williams International has over 600 offices in the US and Canada. The Founder, Gary Keller has written many books on Real Estate, including the best seller, “The Millionaire Real Estate Book”, which has been review as the instruction manual for successful Real Estate agents.
