"I had a contract on my home in CT with a fairly quick closing date, so I needed a home to move into very quickly. Brad's assistant, Sally, was great turning around a number of viewings in a short amount of time while also taking various family members by my top picks when I needed to fly back up to CT to get back to the business of packing.
We found a house (a true group effort), got me into it and I am very happy in my new home. I don't think the process could have been any less stressful and the level of professionalism in the entire office was awesome. My family, which includes my daughter, 2 dogs and 3 cats, thank you. ...I was assigned Pam Jones as my agent in January...Although we knew we would not be actually purchasing a home until at least June, Pam immediately started providing information about the county and offered to spend some time helping us get familiar with various areas. She also worked hard to get to know us and our priorities so she could begin to narrow our search and save us time. Because we were doing our house hunting from more than 100 miles away, Pam previewed several of the homes in which we expressed an interest. We were extremely impressed because she gave us her honest assessments of those homes she previewed. The rest of the team was equally impressive. Brad conducted the direct price negotiation with the seller's agent to ensure we got a contract for the lowest possible price. I had two brand new houses I was trying to sell with another realtor in Brevard County for 7 months and did not get one offer on either house. After hiring the Kuhns Real Estate Group, I had both properties under contract in only six weeks!

We would just like to say thank you for making our first home buying experience so easy. We did not know much about buying a house, but Andrew and the rest of your staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us and all of our questions. They really took us through each step in the home buying process and found us a home that was in the area and price range we wanted and the size and style that we were looking for.
Andrew took many days to drive with us all the way out to Palm Bay to look for houses, and he was there when the inspector came and then again after to make sure everything was perfect prior to closing. Andrew was also a very good negotiator when it came to putting offers in to several different houses. . . he was even able to get us $4,000 cash at signing!
We also would like to say that the relationship your company has with the Bank of America and Shelley Culp is invaluable. Shelley is such a wonderful person and she also walked us through all of the different loans we were eligible for, and helped us in deciding what type of loan would work best for us and our future. She was professional and very thorough, and one tough cookie! We were definitely happy to have her and Andrew by our sides on the day of closing when we bought our home.
