VIP Rebate Program
It’s an exciting time at The Kuhns Real Estate Group. We have created a VIP Rebate Program to offer our VIP clients. The program is easy to use and simple to understand. Here’s how it works.
Our VIP clients using our website can pick up to 7 homes for viewing. Let us know which 7 you would like to see, schedule the viewings with one of our staff and buy one of the 7 homes you have chosen. You will receive a rebate at the successful closing of your new home that is based on the price of the home you purchase.
The following criteria must be met to be eligible for this rebate program.

The VIP client must be preapproved with a local Brevard County lender prior to the viewing of the homes.

The VIP client must participate in our exclusive buyer’s Brokerage agreement.

The VIP client must purchase 1 of the 7 homes that they have selected.

The VIP client must agree to the Terms of Use.

The VIP client must fill out the buyer rebate enrollment form.

This program can not be used in conjunction with a referral from another Realtor.
