Brad Kuhns was born and raised in Greenford, Ohio and he spent the majority of his business career there.  After spending twenty-five years in the electrical sales industry, Brad became involved with a development company where he developed, built and managed a 30-unit condominium complex.  He then managed a development company responsible for building three communities during his tenure.  He relocated to Brevard County in 2001, and now lives with his wife of 20 years, Karen, their son, Sam, and golden retriever, Pal, in Cocoa Beach. 

Brad is an avid sports fan.  He spent thirteen years in martial arts, studying and teaching Shotokan Karate. He is considered a Sensei in Kwanmukan style, having attained his third degree in black belt. He also has  a first degree black belt in Changmookwan Tae Kwon-Do.  His specialization in teaching karate was with children.  He also enjoys coaching his son's basketball teams.  He is formerly the player's agent with Little Leage baseball in Cocoa Beach.  Brad also enjoys playing his guitar with his son. Pam Jones, Realtor, is a lifetime Floridian with roots in South Florida.  She worked with a National Construction firm doing site development and heavy highway construction throughout BrevardCounty and Central Florida for the last twenty-five years. This exposure to the area, government agencies as well as private developers has enhanced her Real Estate experience.

All of Pam´s listings have sold and Buyers have given excellent reports of their satisfaction with Pam´s diligence, honesty and integrity.

Pam has been an active Rotarian, American Cancer Society volunteer and is active in her church. She has worked with the FIT Engineering Department to give young engineers much needed field experience. Helping others achieve their goals is her greatest pleasure.

Sally was born and raised on Long Island, NY, but has called Melbourne her home for the past twenty-two years.  A job transfer brought her and her husband to the Space Coast in 1987, and they have lived in the same home all these years raising their two daughters.  During those years, Sally also managed to graduate from Rollins College, Melbourne Campus with a B.A. in Organizational Behavior,  become involved in her Suntree community by becoming a member of the local CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), and have quite a long and successful acting career in the local theatre community, most of the time spent on the stage of the now defunct Phoenix Theatre.

She also spent about six months as the host of Brevard Speaks, a local talk show on TV31 here in Melbourne.  Through the years, Sally has also worked with area not-for-profits in areas of development, marketing and special event coordinating, as well as working with Brevard County Schools as a substitute teacher.  Sally has been with Keller Williams since October 2005, has received her realtors license is is looking forward to a long career with KW of Brevard.  Email Sally at sally@weknowbrevard.com

Chantal Conklin was born and raised in Montreal, Canada.  Fluent in both French and English, she graduated from the University of Montreal with a Bachelors in Nursing.  She worked in several states as a critical care trauma nurse for 17 years.  In 2002, her husband's job transfer brought her to Brevard County.  She became a real estate investor and manages several investment properties. 

Chantal is married to John and has 2 school-age children.  She spends her time kayaking and fishing the rivers around Merritt Island.  Chantal has worked as a full-time realtor since 2004.  Her same dedication and caring nature that made her an excellent nurse are reflected in the way she cares for all her clients.

Karey Carlton was born in Miami Florida. As the daughter of a football coach Karey found herself very fortunate to have lived in various cities while growing up. She returned to Miami in 1977 where she completed High School at Miami Palmetto and continued her education at the University of Florida and Florida International University. Karey earned her B.S. degree in Retail Management and Marketing from Florida International University in 1990. She spent the first ten years of her career with the JCPenney Company where she attributes the solid foundation of training and acquired high standards to her success today. She has had 20 years of extensive experience in Retail, Wholesale, and Real Estate Sales in conjunction with multiple commodity Senior Buying positions. Karey began her Real Estate career in 2002 in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. She returned to Florida in 2006 to continue her career in Real Estate Sales. She has had experience in master planned communities, golf course properties, new construction and existing homes. Karey treasures spending time with her family, friends and animals. She enjoys boating, fishing, physical fitness and watching football. She is looking forward to a long career in Real Estate Sales with Keller Williams of Brevard.
