Meet David H. Slonim
Attorney David Slonim began the firm in March 2005. Mr. Slonim graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Anthropology. He then studied law at the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL. David was involved in the community through his work as an officer of both the Immigration Law Society and the Law and Technology Society. He was also on the Executive Board of the Center for Strategic Governance and International Initiatives. In addition to practicing before the local courts, Mr. Slonim is licensed to practice before the United States Middle District of Florida.
Since coming to Brevard, David has been privileged to work as corporate general counsel for an aircraft company, as an associate with a firm dealing in complex business transactions, and as an associate with another Elder Law firm. He has been honored to work with some of the best elder care professionals in Brevard.

Meet Kim Osman
Kim Osman has been a lifelong resident of our area, born and raised in Melbourne. Her high school years were spent at Melbourne High and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration was obtained from Rollins College, Melbourne campus. Pete Osman, Kim’s husband, also works in the agency and is a great support to Kim. They have two fantastic teenage children, daughter, Morgan and son, Cameron.
Kim’s insurance career began in 1988 as a producer and manager in her father’s agency, Eddie Watson Insurance. After working side by side with her father in all capacities of the industry, the Kim Osman Insurance Group was established in 2004. Meet Terry L. Hall
In 1972, after his service in the US Marine Corp, Terry joined the South Florida Carpenters Union apprentice program, and was certified a Master Carpenter in 1976. At this time, he started his own carpentry and framing company
He received his State General Contractor’s license in 1979, and went on to form the largest carpentry framing company in Brevard County, with over forty-five carpenters and an office staff of six. Projects included several in Suntree: St. Andrews, Players Club, Eagles Landing, and others. Subsequently owning a Pascoe metal building franchise, he went on to build some of the largest industrial buildings in Brevard in the ‘80s, including the 500’ long Main St. building in Palm Bay (1983), the largest concrete tilt-wall constructed building in Brevard at that time. He had numerous custom homes under construction, eventually winning design awards for use of lighting and cedar woodwork in the 1987 Parade of Homes.
Terry had always done litigation work, and unofficially inspected homes for friends and family before it became an industry, and eventually moved full-time into the Inspection business in 1989. He has performed over 10,000 inspections for homes ranging from $30,000 to $6,000,000, and testified in many court cases on behalf of buyers since that time.
Certifications: State-Certified General Contractor; Certified Unlimited Roofing Contractor; Master Carpenter; Fla. RE Licensed.
